the process of allocating tronc is independent from The-Mexicanos+ is governed by an elected committee of our employees from across the uk + lead by an elected tronc master. both front + back of house positions are represented and every employee has the opportunity to be on the committee

The-Mexicanos does not charge administration fees to facilitate tronc payments to our teams

The-Mexicanos is a national living wage employer with the majority of roles paying more than the statutory minimum with tronc being paid on top.
